Mr. Jing He (the deputy director of Liaison Office of the Central Peoples Government in the Hong kong S.A.R) and Secretary Mr. Hongwu Wen were leading a high-level delegation on behalf of the government to visit Hong kong Federation of Hainan Community Organizations Ltd. over the Spring Festival on 10th February 2019.
